- Variable substitution better supports all of the tables referenced in the local record potentially included related data.
- Added maxHeaderHeight control to layouts that can constrain our auto header scaling so that headers don't get out of control on very large monitors.
- Header scaling (brute force) is no a Layout Option
- Layout Sidebar balancing simplified (just a checkbox now to ensure sidebar is same height as content)
- Enclosures now support a scope of Article Content
- Galleries configured to display after the content now are outside of the article
